Mr.
Dave Rodney: Master of Ceremonies -
Professional Speaker, Writer, and Film-maker, is the only person in the history
of Canada to successfully summit Mt. Everest twice! (May 13,1999, and again
this past May 24, 2001!)
His accomplishments are inspiring to many, especially since he was born on the flatlands of North America, has survived four knee surgeries, and has broken his back in four places!
Dave is in high demand on the professional speaking circuit throughout North America, has been involved with 5 documentaries, and is completing his book: "More than a Mountain: An Everest Education". He has also earned a number of degrees, worked in 3rd world countries, served as an educator & administrator in three countries, and built his own business (SpiritQuest Enterprises, Inc.).
His
still photography, videography, & written work have been utilized around
the world (including National Geographic; 0prah; North American, European and
African National Broadcast Companies; North American Corporations; North American
and European books and texts), & he has been interviewed across the globe
- but he takes a special pride in the rewards he has gained from service with
charitable, educational, civic and corporate organizations!
Mr. Rodney is a seasoned and dynamic motivator. He shares his refreshing, insightful explanations of what compels people to attempt to climb (and succeed at summiting) the various "mountains" of their lives; and relates the intrinsic motivations and obstacles found on expeditions to the events you are faced with daily.

Pollyanna
Dorough: Master of Ceremonies -
Get ready to move to the Latin rhythms of this bilingual Floridian who just
happens to be the sister of Howie D from the famous group, Backstreet
Boys.
Pollyanna Dorough is a multi-talented entertainer, who writes, sings and dances to her own original songs in Spanish and English - a/k/a "Spanglish" - from high energy dance groove numbers to sentimental personal ballads.
She recently showcased at Downtown Disney's House of Blues, Hard Rock Live and the Latin Quarter at Universal Studios City Walk in her home town of Orlando, Florida. You can now hear her song "Andale Mi Corazon," in the soon to be released movie "Sacred Seal." This multi-talented entertainer continues to show her versatility, as an actress as well, with an appearance in the soon to be released comedic drama film, "Jack of All Trades," and presently staring in two TV series pilots, a motion picture, and co-hosting an up and coming TV series project.
While growing up in Orlando, Pollyanna has always remained active in the musical environment: Working as an entertainer at Walt Disney World, an active member of her Cathedral's choir, and singing with various night club bands and dinner theaters.
For a short time, Pollyanna Dorough left the "City Beautiful" to complete her musical education in New York, where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Music from the Westchester Conservatory of Music. While in New York, she continued singing and acting with a traveling children's theatre group throughout the City's tri-borough. Pollyanna then returned to her home town to share her musical talents with the educational system as a music teacher and children's choir director.
Expect more exciting new songs as she continues to write, record, and produce
with many other talented song writers and producers such as:
Lionel Rich, Soul Solution, Full Force, Rhea Lawrence, Gary Baker, KC Porter,
Denise Rich, David Johnson, Andrew Lane and of course her brother Howie D. Dorough.
